Reflection
My Invasive Species essay should be included to my portfolio because I worked hard on it, im pretty sure it was the hardest essay I have ever worked on. The grade that I got was a grade that I didn’t expect because I felt that I did better on it then the grade that I had received. The art work that I have chosen was the box project that we had to do, I choose this because it was a piece where I actually took a long to even come up with the idea to this design, because I was unsure on how to use the element and the principle to create a design, but my end product came out pretty nice. I also choose my NYC essay because in this essay I got explain my point of view on how I think that the village is a good symbol of NYC. The last thing that I choose was my point of view the story me and my partner wrote, which was called Minutes Can Turn Into Seconds. The reason why I chose this was because I love the freedom to write, and I got a chance to do that. The first draft of my story, was a story that I wasn't so proud of. So me and my partner came up with a bunch of ideas, and put together our final draft, which I love.
I feel that if I had more time then I would try to add more of my perspective to my NYC essay, but then again I feel that would be to much information. From looking over these peaces of work I learned it takes me a good amount of time to try to reach the level where I am proud of it.
My goal is to work on not giving up so easily. When Im having a hard time with something I tend to just do what I think I can do, but not try to go more deeper or try harder to go over my limit.
My portfolio reveals that when I do try, I can create something that I am proud of, even if the grade I had expected doesn’t always turn out that way.
